Madam Roz Kitchenware Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian-registered wholesaler, general trader, distributor and retailer of kitchenware, built around one idea: a kitchen buyer shouldn't need a different vendor for pans, pots, bowls and cutlery.
Most kitchenware buyers we talk to are juggling separate accounts for cookware, cutlery and storage — one supplier for pans, another for bowls, a third for the prep tools nobody remembers to reorder until they run out mid-shift. Madam Roz Kitchenware Sdn. Bhd. was set up in Kuala Lumpur to close that gap: frying pans, woks, pots, bowls, forks, spoons, peelers, choppers and food containers, all under the one wholesale account.
We run out of Kompleks Q in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, and we've deliberately kept the catalog to what actually gets reordered rather than trying to stock every SKU on the market: non-stick frying pans next to cast iron woks, stockpots next to casserole pots, mixing bowls next to airtight containers, and the prep tools — peelers, choppers, mandoline slicers, knife sets — that round out a working kitchen. Each SKU sits in stock as a fixed wholesale set, so ordering more is a matter of naming the set count, not renegotiating a minimum.
The result is a shorter supplier list for you and a shorter lead time for us — because when the stock is already sitting in our own warehouse, a quote isn't a guess.
Not a marketing claim — here's the specific stuff we look at before a carton gets taped shut.
Each listing states the material, coating and base construction it's supposed to have. Before packing, a sample from the batch gets checked by hand against that spec — wall thickness, coating that hasn't blistered, handles that don't wobble.
Every SKU has a fixed piece count per set, and that count gets verified before packing — not assumed from the carton label.
Screen colour varies more than the finish does — but if an exact finish or colourway matters for your order, ask for a physical sample before committing to a full set. It's cheaper than a mismatched batch.
Ordinary finish variance isn't a defect. Actual damage, a manufacturing fault, or a set that doesn't match what you confirmed — that's covered under our Refund & Return Policy.
Non-stick frying pans, cast iron woks, ceramic griddles and stainless steel deep fry pans. Sets of 3–8 pans.
Stainless steel stockpots, enamel casserole pots, aluminium steamers and stovetop pressure cookers. Sets of 3–5 units.
Stainless steel mixing bowls, melamine serving bowls, airtight and glass food containers. Sets of 4–10 pieces.
Stainless steel cutlery, serving spoons and ladles, wooden and silicone cooking utensils. Sets of 6–24 pieces.
Vegetable peelers, manual choppers, mandoline slicers and knife & chopping board sets. Sets of 6–12 pieces.
We want to be the name a Malaysian kitchen buyer thinks of before they think of anyone else — not because we're the cheapest line item, but because our set counts and specs have never once needed a second check.
Practically, that means keeping the full range under one wholesale account and one general trading licence — so a buyer places one order for pans, pots, bowls and prep tools instead of chasing four invoices.

Yes, that's the point of stocking everything under one account. Pans, pots, bowls, cutlery and prep tools can all sit on the same purchase order and go out in one delivery.
Yes. A single-piece sample is charged at cost so you can check the material or finish yourself, and that charge can be credited against the bulk order that follows.
Allocating stock, inspecting it and packing it usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the category and how much you've ordered. Our Shipping Policy covers delivery time after that.
Yes, through our general trading licence — by air, sea or courier, on EXW, FOB or CIF terms depending on what suits the shipment. We'll confirm the basis when we quote.
The first order is a test. This is what keeps them coming back for the third and fourth.
I reordered the same wok set three months later expecting some drift in quality — there wasn't any. Same gauge, same finish, same count.
I used to run three separate purchase orders for cookware, storage and utensils. Now it's one email and one delivery truck.
Every quote I've gotten has matched the invoice down to the ringgit. No "subject to stock" clause showing up after I've already confirmed.
